Hello! I’m Barbara Hiatt, the founder, owner, and lead Concierge at SilverCare Concierge. With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, I have honed my skills in appointment scheduling, billing management, and general administration while working in both a hospital and a leading pharmaceutical company. My journey in healthcare inspired me to establish SilverCare Concierge, a service dedicated to supporting the residents of my local community.
The inspiration for SilverCare Concierge goes beyond my professional background; it stems from a deeply personal experience. A close relationship with a family member revealed the significant need for reliable, compassionate assistance for seniors striving to maintain their independence. Witnessing the peace of mind and improved quality of life that a helping hand provided to my own family fueled my passion to extend this support to others.
